Are you intrigued by the systematic method of yoga nidra; psychic sleep that induces complete physical mental and emotional relaxation, while maintaining awareness at deeper levels? Do you want to deepen your personal practice of yoga nidra, while learning to guide others into this yogic sleep that cultivates conscious ease and can bring about a soothing state of being?

If you answered yes, than it is time to begin your training to become a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. This is a three-month 60 hour certification that will provide you with the tools needed to guide others down into their internal dimension of consciousness, bringing a sense of relaxation to the body from the outside in to their most inner being. Learn how to keep your students emotionally safe and to find your authentic voice.

This training is mostly virtual except for attendance at the weekend retreat. You do not have to be a yoga teacher to obtain certification.

Payment Plan: This is a monthly installment payment plan; there are 3 payments of $195.00. The tuition payment plan begins the first day the payment is taken and will remain in place until all three payments are completed. Your credit card will be charged automatically monthly, on the 1st of each month.
