Welcome to the Surreal Estate Traffic Light Form!
SE is planned to be a horror group, which means there are topics that are going to be, for a lack of a better word, horrible. While all the topics listed may not come up IC (for example, Use of Native Spirits/Concepts will not be used in-rp), I'm trying to cover all my bases for things that may be mentioned OOC or by characters so everyone will be comfortable. That all said, please be aware that we will not be allowing any real pictures of gore in the chat (though art and images from media are allowed), nor will we allow bigotry from players.
Please fill this out honestly! After this form is filled out, neither I nor the rest of the group will be liable if a topic you did not list is brought up. This doesn't mean we can't adapt and know for next time, but it does mean that no one is to blame if such a situation does happen.
Now, for how this works. There will be different categories that have topics listed that are commonly used within horror, and you'll have the option to green light, yellow light, red light, or 'images only' them.
Green Light: I'm fine seeing this thing. Full steam ahead!
Yellow Light: I don't want to see this thing, but I'm okay with it existing. Please spoiler and CW any IC text or OOC text regarding this topic.
Red Light: I do not want this topic in the RP. Please do NOT include it at ALL, even with a spoiler or CW.
Images Only: I don't want to see images of this thing, so please spoiler and CW any images of it, but I'm fine with talking about it or having written descriptions.
You should only be choosing one of these options for each topic. Thanks!
Finally: to reiterate, this is a horror group. There will be horrific things. I will lean into popular horror tropes, take inspiration from different horror media, etc. If this is something that in general you do not feel like you can handle, please consider your mental health and consider stepping away if you need to. Your mental health should always come first and foremost.
