* $100 entry fee will guarantee competitors a slot in grilling competition.

* It is expected for Grillers to bring their own equipment (ex. Grills, Charcoal, Serving dishes, Utensils, etc.)

*Vendors will be encouraged to sell their own products throughout the event. Which will be judged by both the panel and the public

*The following categories will be judged by a select panel at the end of the event, from all vendors in the cookoff:
-Chicken
-Beef
-Showmanship
-Best Original Sauce
-Best Overall Griller (Cook-off Champ)

*Winners in categories one through four will receive a ribbon for there efforts and accomplishments, the best overall griller will receive a plaque on behalf of the brothers of the Delta Omicron Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. for their accomplishment.
