The main goal of this study is to look into the different flexible learning modalities employed by the faculty, the readiness, practices and sustainability of both faculty and undergraduate students in adopting these modes of delivery of instruction, the perceived amount of control in the management of learning, the opportunities and challenges that these approaches may bring and the impact of these flexible learning modalities on the well-being of the members of academic community involved.
