Craft & Vintage Vendor Application             For Davis Craft and Vintage Fair 
General Information: ALL DATES ARE FULL WITH A WAITING LIST AT THIS TIME.
- Please visit our website at www.daviscraftandvintage.org for all the information needed to know before filling out this application. 

Active volunteers, regular vendors, and locals will have priority for our spots. When the requests are high, not having your licenses on file will filter out your request.

**REMEMBER THAT THIS IS JUST THE APPLICATION AND ONLY APPROVED ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS ARE GUARANTEED AN INVITATION**

- Each event will have a separate invitation list and waiting list and we balance requests so that we have a wide variety of vendors. If you are added to the invitation list, you will receive an invitation 2 weeks prior to the event from squaretcrafts@gmail.com  with a link to reserve your 10'x10’ spot with a non-refundable $20 fee. Those placed on a waiting list could be invited at anytime up until 2 days before an event. Invitations will include vendor instructions and information via email that will help guide you to success at the fair. If we don't receive a response you will be removed from the approved vendor list. Please be sure your email address is correct on the form, and give us one that you check daily. Thanks!
