To enroll your in Strings, please complete ALL steps below:
  1. Complete this registration form AND
  2. Complete this PTA Student Waiver AND
  3. Make Strings Fee payment (PTA eStore website OR check dropped off in PTA box in school office)
*Grade 2, 3, 4 and 5 students only
**Strings Fee DOES NOT include instrument rental
