Thank you for your interest in Siebel Program, hosted by Baltimore County Sailing Center (BCSC)! The BCSC is a non-profit 501(c)3 in Essex, Maryland that is offering a learn-to-sail program in capsizable boats (RS Feva XLs)for youth, between the ages of 10-13, with the opportunity to learn how to sail solo and even race competitively!

Classes will be running THURSDAYS from 4:00-7:00PM from September 9th through October 14th for 6 weeks this Fall!
