Helping Hands

Interested in helping at Coates ES?
Please join our parent volunteer group. You will assist with cutting, photocopying, making packages, helping with PTA events, and helping with Thursday folder material. You can even help from home!

Any amount of time that you can spare for any of the activities will be greatly appreciated. If you can help, we will need you to come to Coates for a short training.

Your children will be so PROUD to see their parents here and they love to share this with their friends.

Parent Ambassador: Spread news by word of mouth. Remind families about our school events and activities at the bus stop, grocery store, restaurants, apartment building bulletin boards, etc.

Volunteer Agreement

All parents who would like to participate in our volunteer group "Helping Hands" will need to attend the Coates Volunteer Training Session. After you fill out this form our Family Liaison, Solangie McPherson, will contact you to schedule your session. If you have any questions please contact Solangie via email to: SVMCPHERSON@FCPS.EDU
