Aquilasmus - ESN L'Aquila is pleased to announce the program of the 1st semester Welcome Days 2023/2024!

The events will be free, except where specified!

Here is the schematic program of all events, the detailed program is shown in the following pages:

šŸ½ļø Wednesday 4th of October: 
19:30 Ice Breaking at Lo Chalet della Villa 

šŸŽ¤ Thursday 5th of October: 
17:00 Welcome Conference + release of ESNcard at Aula Magna at DSU

 šŸ—ŗļø Saturday 7th of October: 
10:00 Treasure Hunt, meeting point Porta Braconia
      
šŸ€Sunday 8th of October: 
15:00 Sport Day at Parco del Sole
      
Some of the events have limited spots so the rule FIRST COME FIRST SERVED will apply.
ATTENTION:  The PRIORITY is given to the people who will PAY first due to the limited space of the location of some events. For the free event the priority is given to the people who sign up first. 

Deadlines to subscribe and pay for each event of the Welcome Days:

> by Tuesday 3rd – Subscription and payment for the Ice Breaking
FEE: 10€. 

> by Wednesday 4th – subscription to the Welcome Conference 

> by Friday 6th– subscription for the Treasure Hunt 

> by Saturday 7th – subscription to the Sport Day

Accepted payments for the Ice Breaking: Bank Transfer or cash.
