We are excited about 2023! READ THE LIST BELOW and then complete:

1) If you are wanting to co-present: 2nd person must pay early bird conference registration, and please do not BOTH put in for the same thing. We do not need duplicate submissions under different names.

2) Make sure to put the email address you want to be contacted on. Often people have multiple emails and then forget which one they applied with. Help us, help you!

3) The bio, description, etc. you enter on the form will be used for the website and schedule. Make sure it is edited. Changes, if your presentation is accepted, will be very limited.

4) Only put in for the topic(s) you are most excited about presenting. 

5) Presenting at multiple conferences? We have found it advantageous to change your topics up from time to time. Consider a new subject if you have presented at Hypnothoughts previously. What will bring people to Hypnothoughts, to hear you speak, as opposed to going to other conferences to hear your presentation.

6) Boxes with a red asterisk are required.
