The conference will take place at the Lutheran Uhuru Hotel in Moshi. Lunch and dinner will also be held there. Accommodation will be provided at this and other hotels in the area. Breakfast will be served at the hotel where you stay: There will be a shuttle service in the morning and evening.

Die Konferenz findet im Lutheran Uhuru Hotel in Moshi statt. Dort findet auch das Mittag- und Abendessen statt. Die Unterbringung erfolgt in diesem und anderen Hotels in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück wird im Hotel serviert, in dem Sie wohnen: Morgens und abends gibt es einen Shuttle-Service.


Costs | Kosten:
The costs include accommodation, transfer from/to Kilimanjaro airport on Monday or Saturday (only one bus on Sunday early morning!), shuttle service to/from the hotel in the morning and evening if required, breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, water, the excursion in the afternoon, the lectures and the workshops. Flight costs, additional excursions and sightseeing and other transfers are not included in the price. All payments must be made in Euro.
In den Kosten ist die Unterkunft, der Transfer am Montag bzw. Samstag (Sonntagmorgen nur ein Bus!) vom/zum Flughafen (Kilimanjaro), evtl. bei Bedarf Shuttleservice morgens und abends zum/vom Hotel, Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen, Kaffee, Wasser, der Ausflug an einem Nachmittag, die Vorträge und die Workshops enthalten. Unter anderem die Flugkosten, zusätzliche Ausflüge und Besichtigungen und weitere Transfers sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Alle Zahlungen müssen in Euro getätigt werden.

I am aware that I must inform the Secretary of my personal arrival and departure by 01. June 2025 at the latest in order to plan the bus transfer from an to the airport. Otherwise a transfer is no longer guaranteed. | Mir ist bewusst, dass ich zur Planung des Bustransfers bis spätestens 01.
