Food & Drink
Food is allowed to be sold at the event. Food Vendors are encouraged to attend; a general menu of food items should be submitted with application to aid in vendor planning and setup. Beverages will be sold exclusively by Catawba Valley Pride. Vendors may not sell alcohol at this event. Wineries may take orders and provide advertising but wine tastings are not permitted.
Set-up/Breakdown
Set up is permitted no earlier than 10 am and canopies must be in place by 10:45 am. Please remain set up until the end of the event. Canopies must be fire retardant and all legs must be weighted down (~40 lbs). City Fire Marshall will be inspecting all vendors. NO chairs or tables will be supplied. Electricity is limited and must be requested with application.
Freebies
Vendors are encouraged to bring items to give away (promotional trinkets, products, etc.). Vendors are also encouraged to provide an activity or game for the crowd – ring toss, craft project, face-painting, etc.
World's Shortest Pride Parade
Vendors are encouraged to join The World's Shortest Pride Parade. If you choose to, we suggest bringing your organization's banner - CVPride will provide other decorations. The parade is people powered - no motorized vehicles.

This is a family friendly event. Catawba Valley Pride Inc. expects that ALL vendors will show respect for and act with dignity towards all of the guests, volunteers, property and fellow vendors at our event. If there are complaints about your staff or booth, you may be asked to leave with no refund.
