This is the official application form for those who would like to reserve space during the Euro Taiko Expo 2021+1 Expo Day, or to sell small items at the ETE21+1 merch table. All European-based taiko players are welcome to put their group on display (by hosting your own table, or adding items to the general area) without extra charge!
We do, however, ask for commission from items sold on the day if you sell over 100 EUR in the weekend (20% at own stalls, 25% at the merch table), which will be used to cover equipment and rental costs.
Taiko groups and associations are encouraged to get creative - with the most interesting and unique ideas given preference.
Makers and sellers are encouraged to demonstrate their crafts interactively to visitors as part of displays and demonstrations - this will also be taken into account positively when processing applications.
Although we would love to include everyone, please be aware of the possibility that not all applicants can be featured this year - there are many of you in Europe and only so much space in one venue!
