MD Adult Ed Virtual Institute - Call for Proposals - Due September 17, 2021
Maryland’s Department of Labor will be hosting its fifth Adult Education Virtual Training Institute December 6-9, 2021. The purpose of this Institute is to provide targeted, innovative, and thoughtful professional learning opportunities for both instructors and program leadership. Proposals are encouraged to fall within the topics provided below but ALL concepts are welcomed. Sessions are varied for both 30-minute and 1-hour duration. This will allow for a variety of peer-sharing opportunities from resource sharing to in-depth conceptual discussions.

LABOR will be reviewing proposals and preliminary approval will require subsequent content review with LABOR to ensure delivered material is virtually engaging and appropriate. We look forward to fostering an environment of peer sharing between the many experts within our state. Programs are strongly encouraged to submit a minimum of two sessions.
