By commissioning me in any kind of way you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

GENERAL TERMS.
• You, the client, are expected to have a clear idea of what you wish to order before initiating communication (except in certain cases, for example: design commissions, artistic freedom commissions, etc).
• A visual reference is required. Please make sure your requests and references are up-to-date, clear, and concise, or you might not receive an accurate depiction of your character.
• I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, without need for explanation.
• You are not paying for digital art goods. You are paying for the artist to perform a service to produce your request.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE. The artist retains full and exclusive rights to all images produced and may showcase art produced online and elsewhere. All commissioned work discussed in this agreement are non-commercial and shall be treated as such. You, the client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link to my Instagram page) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

PAYMENT. All payments will only be accepted through Paypal in USD. Full payment is required before any work begins. Any piece valued $100 or above may instead pay 50% before the sketch stage and 50% after.

PROCESS. The client will be provided a Work in Progress (WIP) image at the sketch stage. More WIP images can be provided at the client’s request.

Any major changes or revisions to the commissioned piece must be made at the sketch stage: this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image. After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional major
edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.

CANCELLING/REFUNDING. If the commission is canceled (by the artist or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount will be refunded on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.
