Frequently Asked Questions - 

1) Can I set up before my event?
If there is no other bookings in before yours (bookings could be added at any time), you will be able to set up before your session. However, if you wish to guarantee that you can set up early we recommend booking the session before yours to avoid disappointment. 

2) Can I use the kitchen?
Yes, we have a large kitchen with an oven & hob / plate warmer / dishwasher / kettle etc. Please note use of the coffee machine is not included and you will need to provide your own tea / coffee / milk. The kitchen can also be used by catering companies. Unfortunately, the kitchen won't be available on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday between 10am & 2pm.

3) Do you have a music system?
Yes, however the system is locked in the cupboard. You can use the auxiliary cable to plug into your phone / tablet or laptop and you will be able to control the volume through your device. If you have an Apple device you will need an Auxiliary to Lighting Jack to connect your phone (https://www.ebay.co.uk/b/bn_7023521115)

4) Do you a projector & screen?
No, we don't have a projector available but there is a big screen on the stage which you would be able to use if you wish.

5) Am I able to use the tv in the main hall?
No, unfortunately you won't be able to use the TV in the hall.

6) Are we able to have a Catering Van?
Yes, however the catering van would need to be self sufficient e.g. bring their own generator for power and it would need to be parked on the grass to avoid oil / fat spills on the tarmac.

7) Do you have tables and chairs available for use?
Yes there are plenty of tables and chairs available, these will need to be set up and tidied away during your session time, unless you have booked a further session.

8) Am I responsible for cleaning? 
Yes, you will need to leave the hall as you found it, including the toilets.

9) Am I responsible for any damage?
Yes, you will be responsible for any damaged caused.

10) Where do I collect the keys from?
On the day of your booking you will be able to collect the keys from: Beryl Richardson, Bell Farm, Bradshaw Lane, Pilling, Preston PR3 6SN Tel: 01253 790324
