Friday programs cost $15 per child, with a minimum of $150. All programs have a maximum group size of 20 children. Adult chaperones are free. *

Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols will be sent to your group two weeks in advance of your program; you will be expected to understand these protocols. *

All small group programs must be requested 3 weeks in advance of the program date. Payment must be made in full 2 weeks in advance. *

There must be at least one adult for every 8 children. *

The Rotary PlayGarden is currently open Thursday - Sunday. If a group is planning to visit the PlayGarden, it is the coordinator’s responsibility to check for PlayGarden hours and closures. *

To cancel a program, coordinators must send a notification to education@grpg.org at least 2 weeks in advance of the program date. Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice are ineligible for refunds and will be charged a $30 administrative fee for rescheduling. *

All refunds and changes are subject to a $5 processing fee per program. There are no refunds, credits, cancellations, or changes less than two weeks prior to the start of the program. A full refund will be given for any program cancelled by GRPC. No refunds will be issued once a program begins. *

Release Statement: I do hereby give my full consent for the named person(s) to participate in Small Group Programs. I agree to hold harmless the City of San José and the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents. Should any accident occur requiring medical care for my child, I give full consent to the providing of such care by a licensed physician. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all foregoing use of photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other records of these events for education and public relation purposes. I have also read and understand the cancellation and refund policy should I need to cancel my registration for any class in Small Group Programs. *
