JSMS Softball 2023: Pre-Registration
Tryout Dates:
     February 7th & 8th
     3:00-5:00pm
     *Plan to attend both dates

We are asking that all players who are planning to tryout pre-register in order to allow us to plan for space.
Please complete this form by Friday, February 3 at 1pm. For further questions, email Coach Kelli Ferguson at kferguson@k12k.com

Please note: Athletes selected for the team will be expected to attend a team camp at Sevier on February 10 from 11am-2pm. There will be no cost to the athlete for this camp.

IMPORTANT!!
Sports Physicals:

**Sports physicals MUST be submitted prior to tryouts. Sports physicals will not be accepted the day of tryouts.

- Players will not be able to participate in try-outs without all of the correct and current forms on file (TSSAA Sports Physical dated after 4/15/2021, Concussion, Cardiac Arrest, and Medical Authorization Forms).

- Forms can be picked up in the front office or printed from the KCS Athletics page under Athletic Forms. Forms should be submitted directly to Mr. Moore or Coach Ferguson.
