AFTER SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE IN 2-3 WEEKS BY EMAIL THE CONFIRMATION AND AN INVOICE FROM THE LOCAL ORGANISING COMMITTEE (LOC). Please, make your payment in EUR using the information in the invoice.

THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION and lunches! Please, reserve and pay yourself accommodation. There are some hints for accommodation in the FEPTO Conference page in web:

• Early Bird-fee,
Until the 29th of February, 2020, is 80 EUR.
Accompanying persons Early Bird-fee is 50 EUR.

• Late Bird-fee,
No later than 15th of April, 2020, is 110 EUR.
Accompanying person’s Late Bird-fee is 80 EUR.

The registration fee includes lectures, workshops, home groups, poster session and large groups (the program), refreshments on breaks, music evening program on Friday and party Saturday evening. For accompanying persons it includes dinner and party Saturday, and coffee and tea on breaks during the conference. ACCOMMODATION and lunches ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please, reserve and pay yourself accommodation.

If you send your request after the 15th of April, 2020, we will consider it, but there is no guarantee that places will be available. Anyway, even so, our team will do the best to support you.

Trainees in FEPTO members (training institutes or accredited organisations) have a possibility to apply for a scholarship for this conference. Your application (here below) will be submitted at the same time with the registration.

You will get a scholarships, if:
* You are a trainee in a member organisation of FEPTO, which home country is mentioned below.
* There is still available funds for scholarships (the maximum amount is defined by FEPTO Council). "First come, first served!"
* You pay your reduced registration fee by the due date. You will pay only the amount which includes the scholarship.

If any of above mentioned prerequisites is not fulfilled, your scholarship will not be granted.

The amount of grant depends on the home country of the member institute:
* Full scholarship covers 2/3 of the participation fee: Bulgaria, Hungary,  Poland, Republic North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Turkey.
* Half scholarship covers 1/3 of the participation fee: Croatia, Estonia,  Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Portugal.

The local organising committee will inform you about the scholarship after the end of the registration process.

You can cancel your registration without costs until February 29th, 2020. After that until April 15th, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. After April 15th, 2020, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee. You can change the name of participant without costs. Please, send any cancellations or changes to fepto.ohrid@gmail.com
