Join UPAC’s Community Health Workers to discuss COVID-19 updates and resources. We are hosting twice monthly Community Engagement Sessions on Zoom. Information will be offered in English with American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and captioning, with Tagalog and Vietnamese translation services available.

UPAC’s Community Health Worker Communication & Outreach Services is a program designed to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information and resources regarding COVID-19 to Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander communities. In support of the Live Well San Diego Mission, the County of San Diego is committed to providing education and outreach to deliver critical COVID-19 messages to vulnerable communities. As a contracted collaborative partner, UPAC’s Community Health Workers offer credible and timely resources in various languages to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Vietnamese: Tham gia với Nhân viên Y tế Cộng đồng của UPAC để tìm hiểu thêm về nguồn gốc và cập nhật thông tin về COVID-19. Chúng tôi sẽ tổ chức một thảo luận cộng đồng trên Zoom và thông tin sẽ được cung cấp bằng tiếng Anh, tiếng Tagalog, tiếng Việt và ngôn ngữ ký hiệu Hoa Kỳ. Sẽ có một bài thuyết trình cùng với một phần Hỏi & Đáp. Sáng kiến này hợp tác với Hạt Live Well của San Diego.

Tagalog: Sumali sa mga Community Health Worker ng UPAC upang malaman ang higit pa tungkol sa mga update at mapagkukunan ng impormasiyon tungkol sa COVID-19. Magho-host kami ng isang Community Engagement Session gamit ang ZOOM at ihahandog ang mga impormasyon sa Ingles, Tagalog, Vietnamese at ASL. Magkakaroon ng isang pagtatanghal kasama ang isang sesyon ng Tanungan at Sagot. Ang hakbangin na ito ay nasa pakikipag-ugnayan sa County ng Live Well San Diego.
