We are looking for experienced coaches to join our new BetterPlayer program to coach players of varying skill levels.

Practice programs will take place once a week with the same group of players (separated based on skill level).

We provide coaches equipment necessary for an hour-long coaching session.

Coaches should be experienced, punctual, reliable, communicative, and a strong grasp on how to deal with varying personalities and their needs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Arrive early to setup field practice
- Create and conduct a full one hour practice
- Manage logistics including: timely start and completion of practice
- Track player & group progress with a weekly report
- When needed, help in setup and take down of the field
- Dispute resolution/mediation
- Work with other coaches and admin to improve the program

PREFERRED:
- Currently coaching or recent coaching experience
- USSF/UEFA Coaching License
