Our vendor application will close on June 1st for the June 30th event. All fees must be paid before June 1.

The Black Night Market is a night market for business owners, performing artists and non profits from and within the Black and Brown community.

This is a collaborative event produced by PNWCARSNGEAR for their 3rd annual CAR SHOW at LeMay Field.

This application is for products / Non Profits / Art / services ONLY!!

The vendor spots are 10x10 booths:

$90 for Non Profit Organizations (must show proof of 501C)
$115 (books, candles, crystals, art, clothing, hair, body care and prepackaged foods)
$130 Hot Food Booths / Food Trucks (must obtain temp permit via TPCHD.)

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, 10x10 canopy, weights to hold down your canopy (sandbags/ gallons of water), generators and products to sell.

Set up is 2 hours before the event starts, more information will be sent 2 weeks prior the event.

Please understand, that your spot is secured only after you've sent your payment(s), filling out this form does not guarantee a spot.
