If you are interested in enrolling your student in online instruction for the 1st Quarter of the 2020-21 School Year please complete the form below. Student enrolled in FVA will be required to complete the 1st Grading period before they are allowed to return to the regular classroom. By completing this form, you are electing for your child(ren) to participate in the Fayette Local Schools Virtual Academy 2020-2021. Form is due August 11, 2020. More details will be communicated regarding enrollment following the signup period.
Those choosing this option need to make a commitment for an entire quarter, as it is not an option to flex in and out of this choice.  While this option will be overseen by a Fayette staff member, the actual instruction may be asynchronous and not in a live format.  

Students who are part of the Online Learning at Home option may still fully participate in athletics, clubs and other extracurricular activities.
