I would like to sponsor the following opportunity for sponsorship, or a combination thereof, to qualify our company at the various levels of sponsorship listed above:

Hardship Fund Donations - Scholarships to support conference attendance for those who demonstrate financial hardship. Any amount, $325 increments for the individual rate.

60-minute Sponsored Breakfast/Sunrise Sessions - $2,500. Wednesday or Thursday Mornings, 9:00 - 10:00 am - concurrent sessions available before the keynotes. Included in conference program/agenda. Speakers and session content provided by the sponsor.

60-minute Sponsored Lunch Sessions - $3,500. Wednesday or Thursday during lunch break, 12:30 - 1:30 pm - concurrent sessions, speakers and session content provided by the sponsors. Included in conference program/agenda. Attendees bring their own lunch to their desks or sponsors could send digital coupons for UberEats, GrubHub, Door Dash, etc.

Welcome Virtual Cocktail Hour - $5,000. Tuesday 7:00 pm – We’ll send ingredients and recipe for signature themed cocktail and non-alcoholic mocktail drinks ahead of time. Welcome statement and toast from Charleston Conference Team, followed by a thank you from the sponsor (3-5 mins), then open up the floor to attendees that raise their hand on Zoom to share audio and video for a short toast, or to answer a question (What session are you most looking forward to attending, what do you hope to learn this week, etc).

Virtual Tours - $3,000 each. Wednesday and Thursdays 7:00 pm. Charleston Museum, Avery Center, SC Aquarium, Ghost Tours. Open to suggestions for tour content. Charleston staff will handle logistics and registration.

Desk Yoga/Stretch Breaks - $2,000 each. Between sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. Charleston staff will handle logistics and registration.

Attendee Welcome Packet - $6,000. Conference staff will mail a welcome packet to attendees who register early. Brochure insert is included with sponsorship.

Undesignated donation of any amount. Will be used to support the online conference platform.

Additional Add-ons: Only available for conference sponsors or Vendor Showcase exhibitors.

20-minute Vendor Information Sessions - $800 each. Scheduled on Tuesday during vendor showcase day. Concurrent sessions scheduled every 30 mins with 10 min break between.

60-minute Vendor Focus Groups - $2,500 each. Attendance is limited to librarians only. Scheduled on Tuesday afternoon during vendor showcase day.

Use of conference attendee email list - $950. This list contains contact info for registrants who have opted in to receive messages from sponsors and supporters. Copy of item being mailed must be provided for review prior to mailing. One-time use only.

Banner Ad on Conference Website: $950

Banner Ad included on Conference Attendee Info Email - $600. Sent by the conference to each registered attendee.
