Rules and Regulations:
1. The booth fee of $45 is non-refundable. The fee will be donated to St. Jude. Please make checks payable to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
2. Booth space is 10 X 10 and electricity is not provided. Please bring your own tent, chairs, tables, and any other equipment that applies.
3. You are responsible for paying taxes on your items sold.
4. No alcohol is to be brought in or sold at Wise Family Farm
5. Set up time is 7:00 am on Oct. 24th. Gates open to the public at 10:00 am.
6. Designated parking for vendors.
7. Items with profanity or inappropriate innuendo will not be allowed.
8. Live animals are not to be sold.
9. Vendor booths must have someone present at all times. Wise Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area after the event.
11. Unfortunately, any political/campaign or ready made food booths will not be allowed for this event.
12. Due to the risk of COVID-19, Vendors must wear masks or face shields while customers are present at booth. Please make sure there is hand sanitizer at your booth for you and customers.
13. By signing up to participate in the festival, You are acknowledging that you are fully responsible for your own safety. You release Wise Family Farm from any liability by attending the festival.
14. Vendors agree to self-monitor for any symptoms of COVID-19 (usually include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and contact Wise Family Farm at
events@wisefamilyfarm.com if you start to experience these symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days before participating in the Pumpkin Festival event.
