City of Manassas Tuition Assistance Fund - Eligibility Verification
The City of Manassas is committed to increasing access to quality higher education. It has established a tuition assistance fund for City of Manassas residents who wish to pursue post-secondary education and training at Northern Virginia Community College. Through the Grow Manassas tuition fund program, the City is awarding tuition fees to its residents who want to pursue careers in high-demand sectors. This funding is considered last-dollar.

The City of Manassas tuition fund will only cover in-state tuition for eligible students interested in NOVA's Career Study Certificates (credit). Virginia domicile is required for FastForward programs.

Note: Some programs have additional requirements and/or prerequisites. All healthcare courses require a healthcare orientation before registering.
