Families may complete this one time registration form to consent to asymptomatic testing at Barrington Middle School. Testing at BMS will be for students who are 12 years old and older. Students may test on their scheduled day each week, see schedule below.

BMS athletes and coaches are required to test weekly in order to participate in athletics.

Testing Schedule:
Monday- Distance learner student athletes/BMS Faculty Staff
Tuesday- Aqua Cluster Students & 7/8th graders (Last names A-D)
Wednesday- Yellow Cluster Students & 7/8th graders (Last names E-K)
Thursday- Lime Cluster Students & 7/8th graders (Last names L-Q)
Friday- 7/8th graders (Last names R-Z)
