We welcome new members and offer artistic empowerment, including exhibitions and workshops held at The Art House and throughout the community. We ask that membership is paid up before artwork drop off. Existing members will receive an invoice in July. New Members can sign up at

* All entries must be original works by the artist, completed within the 12 months prior to August 21st and have NEVER been exhibited before.

*Delivery of artworks is to the Museum of the Goldfields, 17 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA. August 21st 12.30 - 2.30pm
*All artwork must be ready to hang including picture cord/wire mounted with D-rings.
- Works on paper may be mounted on mat board, fastenings will be placed on mat board to display artworks and may cause superficial damage to the mat.
- A5, A4 and A3 Precut Mat Board and d-Rings will be available at drop off.
We can help you fit mat board, if you have never done this before - Cost $10.*There is no size restriction on any work. However for acoustically loud or very large works over 1m in any direction, please contact Golden Mile Art beforehand to discuss gallery restrictions.
*There is a limit of three(3) entries per artist.
* A commission of 20% will be charged on sales taken out of the artist’s nominated sale price. Youth and Junior works may be labeled Not For sale with NFS
*All works must be collected between 12pm and 2pm on Sunday, 11th September. (Please consider attending our closing event from 12 - 1pm, especially if you have sold your artwork, so that you can meet your investor.) Golden Mile Art holds no responsibility for damage or loss of artwork as a result of having to move uncollected artworks from the venue after this time.
*All care will be taken with artworks but responsibility remains with the artists for insurance.
*The Official Opening and Awards presentation is on August 28th, 12.30 - 2.30pm.
*The Exhibition closes at 1pm Sunday September 11th 2021.
*You MUST be present at the Opening to be eligible to receive the overall event winner prize.
*You may arrange to have your artwork delivered and collected by a nominated person. This must be an individual agreement between two people ONLY. Please DO NOT ask volunteers, museum staff and the general committee for exceptions and assistance. We have many volunteers who help to bring this exhibition together and messages do get lost.
