Filet Servings - Please Read:
When deciding how much fish to order:
1. Think about the number of guests you're cooking for
2. What portion size you want everyone to have

We recommend:
 4-6 oz portions for appetizer
6-8 oz portion per person (for an adult) as the main

*Remember:
*Calculate an additional 25%  for cooking shrinkage as well
* Fish pinbones are removed to the best as we can.  Filets may contain bones.  If that happens, bones are easiest to remove when cooked.
*All filets are wrapped in plastic saran wrap and butcher paper.  If vacuum sealed portions are needed for future use, please make a note.  $1 upgrade per filet will be added

 *1 lb is 16 oz
