2019 Pre-Arrival Orientation Materials Order Form
Thank you for organizing this YFU orientation! Please complete the form below so YFU can provide you with the materials you will need to conduct the Pre-Arrival Orientation. Be sure to look closely at the website bellow to review the sessions:

The Pre-Arrival Orientation Summary, found at the top of the Pre-Arrival Orientation page, describes in detail how to organize your orientation. Take a look at the summary to help you complete this order form. An Orientation Reporting form, sign-in sheets, and an expense report with instructions will be sent with each mailed packet.

Please note that each material order will include one facilitator packet and as many handouts as you request. We are doing this to save paper and shipping costs. If you would like additional facilitator packets or any of the optional sessions or optional handouts, please print them from our website. Thank you!

Please submit the host family sign-in-sheets to orientations@yfu.org within a few days of your event.

Please scan and email the sign-in-sheet, copy of the agenda, and orientation reporting form to orientations@yfu.org. If you need to mail these documents, would you like YFU to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope in your mailed packet? Please submit these as soon as possible. These documents are required in order to meet Department of State compliance mandates. *
