As part of our Title I School-Wide Program, FCAHS must complete a needs assessment to help guide us in an ongoing effort to plan for our students' success.  The results of the survey will not only identify needs specific to our school, but the results will assist in plotting the course for the next school year. As stakeholders of our community,  your input is valuable to the planning process.
