Terms and Conditions:

- To be eligible to participate in the Incentivised Testnet Program, you must submit this Form.
- All information submitted in this form will be kept confidential and will only be used to share information related to the Incentivised Testnet only.
- Any 'bad actor' who tries to disrupt the proceedings of the testnet will be directly disqualified from the entire testnet program.
- OPS tokens distributed as rewards will be BEP-20 tokens.
- The BEP-20 Testnet Wallet Address submitted in the form is the final wallet address. Double-check this address, as the test tokens and the rewards will be sent to this address.
- The Twitter handle used during registration must be at least 3 months old.
- The final decision for disqualification of candidates and distribution of rewards lies in the hands of Octopus Protocol.
