Pop Up Residency at Black & Tan Hall
Black & Tan Hall is launching a pop up residency for chefs starting later in 2022 to serve food at the B&TH performance venue and community space at 5608 Rainier Ave S in Seattle. In an effort to create a sustainable residency program, we created a survey to gauge your interest in this opportunity and get community feedback on what you would like to see.

B&TH proposes to provide:
+ A small but fully licensed commercial kitchen rented to you at $50 / hour.
+ All access to the kitchen and equipment.
+ Dining room space that seats 40 people.
+ Co-Marketing for your brand.
+ In-house Bartender - B&TH is happy to collaborate with you in designing & serving signature cocktails to accompany your food.
+ The option to provide you additional kitchen or service staff for a higher rental fee, to be negotiated.
