TechLadies is a community-led initiative for women to connect, learn, and grow in the tech industry as software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.

πŸ’œ We looking for fellow volunteers, who would like to improve their coaching skills (or help with this initiative), to join us as one of our 2021-2022 Bootcamp Coach. You can be part of the team that imparts Bootcamp participants valuable tech skills to help kickstart their journey in tech.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ«Are you a Full Stack Engineer with experience of the following?
- ReactJS
- NodeJS
- Express
- Relational DB (Postgres/MySQL)

πŸ“… Your Time Commitment (Because learning needs time):
Jun 2021 - Jan 2022 (~ 5 hours/week)
You will pair-program with the participants, follow a curriculum set by the Tech Lead, and provide feedback to both the participants and Tech Lead.

πŸ“š Scope:
1. Conducting workshops (July'21)
2. Interviewing participants (Aug'21)
3. Bootcamp coaching (Sep '21 - Jan '22)
