Rowena Harris weekend. Saturday 7th October and Sunday 8th October. Elmslie House, Malvern.

We are delighted to welcome Rowena Harris as part of her 70th year, birthday celebrations. Rowena has over 40 years’ experience of yoga and has been an Iyengar Yoga teacher since 1990. During that time, she has been fortunate to be taught directly by Mr Iyengar a few times and spent month long periods studying with Geeta Iyengar and the Chanchanis in India.

She recently recovered from stage 4 cancer of the colon and liver and the journey towards recovery was supported by her deep understanding of the powerful healing aspects of yoga.

With this experience now a part of her practice, she is able to offer new insights and we look forward to sharing a very valuable weekend of yoga.
