Camp Cavell Community Day/Rock the Beach Vendor Form - June 11, 2022
8th Annual Community Day & NEW Rock The Beach!
Camp Cavell will open its doors AGAIN to the community to share their summer activities for all families and individuals to enjoy.

Vendor Fee:
$25 - 8x10 area under the big top tent & includes 6 ft or 8 ft table, chairs.  
Please bring a raffle item from your business valued at $25 or more.

Date: June 11, 2022   Noon to 4 pm  (Set-up 10:30 am the earliest) (You will need to stay the full time)

Other information:
• Items/products must relate to the Great Lakes.
• We will try our best to not have duplicate businesses.
• We are advertising on the radio and other social media sites.
• Sorry no pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or firearms.  Smoking in designated area.
• All sold & unsold items must be taken away.

To Register:
• Fill out the information below and we will contact you if space is available.  
• Once we receive your credit card payment, you will be given a confirmation.  
• Payment is due before the event to reserve your spot. Unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• If you need to cancel your space we ask for 24 hour advance notice so that we may fill spaces from a waiting list. If filled you may receive your money back.

Camp Cavell Waiver *
I give my permission for my family/I to be photographed or videotaped and allow the camp to release said pictures for publicity purposes using good judgment. We/I have read and understand this agreement and its contents. We/I are aware that by submitting this registration form we/I understand that this is a release of liability and a contract between us/me and the Camp Cavell Conservancy and for its affiliated organizations and sign of our own free will. We/I agree to cooperate with the Camp Cavell Conservancy policies/ rules and will not hold the camp responsible within reason for sickness or accident incurred in transit or at camp. Sorry no pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, smoking in buildings, or open fires allowed. I agree to these terms.
