Vaccinations for students who are age 5 and up will be available during the school day and also after school on Monday, 11/22/21 and on Tuesday, 11/23/21.  We will host the vaccination clinics at the RSU 10 schools.  This poll is to help us order the correct number of vaccinations.  If you are interested in this for your child, please indicate so below.  If you do not want your child to have this vaccine, ignore this poll.
