2023 2PC Youth Summer Trip Commitment Form
This form and $100 deposit (per trip) are due to Ben Brannan by January 30th. You can pay on the church website, through Venmo @SpresRke, or by dropping a check off at the church--please note which trip the deposit is for. And please be aware that a $100 deposit must be submitted for each trip. 

This information is used for planning and has significant financial implications for the church. Please return your form as soon as you can.

I will adhere to riles made by trip leaders and by the organization we are working with. I commit to send my student on this trip. I commit to make payments for this trip on time, or to discuss extenuating circumstances with pastoral staff I will help my student attend all scheduled meetings ( see below). I understand that if my student violates the rules of the trip leaders or the organization they are working with, my student may be sent home at my expense, at the discretion of the trip leaders.
