This is a sign up form to be added to the list for the event- this does not guarantee you (your group) a spot in the Event, since we may receive more entries than the venue allows. We will contact you directly and notify you if you are selected to be in the event.

Time commitment for this event is the following: A mentor match session and pitch preparation with your mentor will occur 2 weeks prior at Station Houston (downtown) - this mentor match session is required to pitch the night of the event and is scheduled for Thursday Feb 13, 2020 in the evening from 5:00pm-7:00pm. The time commitment for the main event on February 27, 2020 will be from 4:30 to 7:30pm. *

I hereby grant P4L d.b.a. Lemonade Day and Station Houston, permission to make still photographs, video tapes, audio recordings and/or use of verbal quotes from me. I also give Lemonade Day permission to use these completed audiovisual and print products for Lemonade Day /Station Houston promotional purposes without compensation or remuneration to me in any manner; in like and related regard, Lemonade Day / Station Houston will not charge or assess me any fees or service charges for my voluntary participation in this audiovisual product production.  Further, I relinquish and give to Lemonade Day/Station Houston  all rights, title and interest, if any, I may have in the completed still photographs, video tapes or audio recordings, negatives, prints, reproductions and copies of the masters, negatives, recordings, duplicates, prints and verbal quotes for print.
