Downtown Merchant Booth Request 2024

This is an application to request a downtown merchant booth in the 2024 Lincoln County Apple Festival. 

If you have a business/establishment in the footprint of the Apple Festival, we are offering you a courtesy 10x10 booth in the Apple Festival. We will try our best to make sure you are as close to your front of your establishment as we can offer. 

If you wish to sell something other than what your business already sells you will need to email us with the details before approval. 

You have until August 1st to request your booth space or we will place a vendor in front of your business. 

No amplified music or sound of any kind. We don't want to take focus from our stages. 

You can not sell or sample any alcoholic beverages outside of your establishment's property. The LCAF is a family friendly non-alcoholic event. The Lincolnton Social District will be closed on 10/19 for the Festival.

You MUST be actively setting up your booth by 7:30am on the morning of the Festival.

If you are using any cooking methods you will need to be fully set up by 7:30 so the Fire Marshall can inspect. 

We will email you to let you know we have accepted your application and will provide you with a courtesy vendor booth (not specific location) by August 15th.

You must follow all vendor rules and guidelines. 

If any rules are broken we reserve the right to disqualify you from receiving a booth the following year.

HOLD HARMLESS & RULES & REGULATIONS AGREEMENT: 1. In consideration of being a vendor, service provider or participant in one or more events conducted by the Lincoln County Apple Festival, Inc. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless the Lincoln County Apple Festival Inc., the Apple Festival board, the City of Lincolnton and Lincoln
County from all claims, liability or lawsuits, including reimbursement of attorney fees in defending such claims and damage to real or personal property which arises out of, or results from, the acts or omissions of the undersigned or resulting from the activities carried on by the undersigned and its employees, agents and representatives. I release the Lincoln County Apple
Festival, Inc. and producers of the event from any responsibility for theft, damage or loss. *

I understand that if I violate regulations, festival officials may apply a $50 fine and/or exclude my participation.
