Repair Process
Many repair processes are invasive and will involve striping devices to there componant leval.
During the repair process there may be some small marks or scratches left on the device, caused by the strip down process. Whilst every effort is made to avoid this, it can sometimes happen.
During this process factory warranty stickers will most likely be voided.
Video Evidence
All repairs are videoed for 'Proof of repair' purposes. On request (and at our discretion), the final testing of the repair can be sent to the customer.
Proof Of Repair
On occasions it may not be possible for us to fully prove functionality post repair, this would normally apply when just a PCB is sent to us for repair. On these occasions we test the devices at component level for functionality and also test for the correct voltages and measurements around the board/device.
