The Ironside State School Athlete Development Program (ADP) is an excellence program that offers strength and conditioning coaching for talented young sportspeople, giving them the opportunity to improve as athletes and help them achieve their sporting goals.  The Ironside ADP is delivered by Fitter Futures.

Please complete this application form if your child would like to be considered for selection in the ADP in 2022.
Students must be in Grade 5 or 6 to participate in the ADP.  

There is a selection process where all applications are considered.  At least 1 week before ADP commences, applicants will be notified as to whether or not their application has been successful.  ADP fees must be paid in full to secure a place in the Program.

The first intake for the ADP will commence in Week 2 in Term 2 of 2022, continuing for 8 weeks (ending in Week 9).
