Bridport Runners (The Club) take the protection of data that we hold about you as a member seriously.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD?
Bridport Runners will store the personal information (name, address, emergency contact details etc) of our members.
WHY DOES THE CLUB STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Bridport Runners stores the personal information of its members in order to contact them regarding membership, club meetings and in case of emergencies.
HOW DO YOU STORE MY INFORMATION?
Your information may be stored securely on the cloud, by the clubs relevant committee members on spreadsheets or by paper hardcopy.
WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED?
Your personal information may be shared between committee members for purposes such as membership renewal and compiling of the club championship, your details WILL also be shared with England Athletics as Bridport Runners are an affiliated club. HOW LONG IS MY INFORMATION STORED FOR?
Your information will be stored indefinitely unless membership lapses for a significant period of time OR you request that your information is deleted.
