https://discord.gg/8bsPZCmContent Creator : There are the people that will create the graphical and video content for the BTL. They are graphical designers, video editors and artists.
Account Reviewer/Roster Managers: These are the people that will review the accounts of new entrants in the league to ensure that they are eligible for play. When an player is accused of smurfing, these are the people that will investigate and find evidence for a ruling to be made.
Casters : These are the staff members that help run the stream and commentate on the gameplay. We have two different casting roles, Broadcaster and Shoutcaster. Broadcasters are the ones who will actually be hosting the stream on their personal PC, using a streaming software and spectating the game to stream it to our channel. Shoutcasters are the ones who commentate and verbally provide the hype for the plays. One can be both a broadcaster and a shoutcaster, but it is also possible to do one without the other.
Moderator: Moderators lay down the law. These will be the ones that monitor the twitch chat during streams and the Discord chat channels for any misconduct that violates the rules.
Document Editors: Doc Editors are the people who create and update the records, documents, forms, and spreadsheets for the BTL. This can include the team rosters, Schedule, win loss records, game-day lineups, and end of game results. Doc Editors should have experience with the Google Docs applications and be good with organization.
Marketing : Staff in the marketing department will be responsible for managing the BTL social media pages and creating any public posts. These people will be responsible for the public face of the BTL and should be friendly people who are good with words!
Discord Architect: This department will be responsible for organizing the BTL discord and setting up the various bots we plan to employ. They should have previous experience with discord server management and interacting with and setting up bots.
