Hello Wonderful Drama Club Parents,

We are so excited to keep swimming towards our big production.

We have a lot of moving parts and would like to start forming committees.

Please fill in your information below.

Read each volunteer description and then pick your two favorite jobs. Each family is being asked to do at least one assignment .

Once we have heard from all families specific teachers will be in touch to let you know which committee you will now be part of and when you are asked to arrive for your job.

Our shows are a family affair, and we can't do it without you!

Please pick your top two choices for a volunteer position :

Ticketing - These volunteers will be sitting at the ticket table before shows , checking tickets and working the door.

Room Supervision - These volunteers will supervise classrooms during practice , tech week and during the shows. Time and date slots can be picked once you are contacted by the teacher in charge of this.

Cast Party - These volunteers will be asked to put together a cast party for the weekend of the show. This will be a party that will take place in the PAC and be Nemo Themed. These parents will setup , clean up and chaperone the party.

Concessions - These volunteers will purchase, sell and clean up food and drinks before , during and after each show.

Hair and Makeup - These volunteers will come during tech week and all shows to help with make up and hair for all cast members.
