Our camps are designed for young women that want to achieve greatness. Our camps focus on technique and strategy - along with a bit of fun. We help you learn how to think on the go and be a step ahead of the competition. In short, we will make you a better wrestler!

Women wrestle freestyle in college so these camps will cover freestyle technique. Most of this technique is also useful in folkstyle. If you've never done any freestyle don't worry - many girls haven't. Every girl that dreams of wrestling in college should try to get as much freestyle experience as possible before graduation. These camps are a great way to add to your knowledge base.

Our 3-Day Middle School & High School Intensive Camp has 8 sessions. Each session will be led by a different coach with the intent of pushing you - either with challenging technique, skill sessions, technical skills or the like. Can you handle 8 hard practices in three days? Come out and show us what you've got!
