Information on the processing of personal data under Article 13 RODO
    1. Data Controller
      The controller, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, is the University of Warsaw (UW), with its registered office at Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw.     2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
      The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted regarding matters concerning your personal data. You may contact the UW DPO by sending an email to: iod@adm.uw.edu.pl.
    3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
      Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participation in "Evolving frameworks of Chinese labour law and policy: refining and constructiong the behavioral theory of labor law". The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent to the processing of personal data. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to: it@wpia.uw.edu.pl.
    4. Data Retention Period
      Data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose specified in point 3, and will then be archived.

      Personal data will be made available to authorised employees and collaborators of the University of Warsaw. They may also be shared with partners of the event, as well as entities authorised under applicable law.
    6. Rights Related to Data Processing
      We guarantee that all your rights under the GDPR will be respected, including the right to access, rectify, and delete data, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
