Pizza Day lunches happen once every month.
1-2nd grade students have their pizza delivered to them at 11:30 

We hope to get a separate form for EACH & EVERY student in the Edventures class so we know if your student will want pizza or if they will be opting out. 

Pizza is $5.00 for 2 slices of OTP pizza
You must fill out this order form to get pizza.
Pay through venmo or cash on Pizza day

Allergy Notes - Pizza is provided by Old Town Pizza. All pizza is nut free. Gluten and Dairy free options are available.

How to pay
Parents can send their students to school with money or prepay through Venmo here: https://venmo.com/code?user_id=3220968453439488809 our Venmo name is @Bluedooredu and the last 4 phone digits are 8288. This is not a "service" so please choose the payment between friends option.
