Accommodation Disputes
Accommodations for students with disabilities are unreasonable if they alter requirements essential to the nature of the program of instruction or to meeting licensing prerequisites, impose undue administrative burdens, and/or pose threats to personal or public safety. If you believe an approved accommodation meets any of the stated criteria, please complete this form. Do not use this form to vent or make false claims, lest you become the next Jon Westling.

Disability Services will work with appropriate stakeholders to determine if an accommodation is unreasonable, and ensure the decision meets legal and educational requirements. Faculty should not deny an accommodation without first consulting us.
