Class of 2023 Scholarships & Awards Form

Congratulations on approaching the end of your high school career! There are many upcoming events to celebrate your accomplishments, and Senior Honor Night is among them. Senior Honors Night is scheduled for Monday, May 15th in the BHSN Auditorium. 

We'd like to recognize the awards, honors, and/or scholarships you've received on that evening by printing them in the Honor Night program. To do so, though, we need information from you.

This form provides you with the opportunity to list up to three awards, honors, or scholarships you've received. Answer each question by typing into the provided box. This information will be collected and printed in the Honor Night program. You may submit the form more than once if you have more than three awards to list.

Additionally, MCCSC and the Herald Times often request this information, and the details of the awards you report may be published in a special section of the local newspaper.

Submissions must be made by the end of school on Wednesday, May 10th.
